So, here I am, putting myself out there and hoping this finds its way to someone out there that likes whar I have to say.

I’m a 45 year old chubby, bearded nerd with a slightly ridiculous sense of humor and an appreciation for the wonderfully weird and absurd things in life. I’m the kind of guy who can get genuinely excited about finding something cool at an antique mall, spend way too long browsing through vintage stuff, and then come home and watch a movie I’ve probably already seen a million times.

I love all things retro (especially video games). I enjoy taking random trips to antique malls to find the most random weird stuff. I also enjoy movies and going to the random theatres that play classic movies, especially horror and sc-fi.

Personality wise, I’m quirky, affectionate, kind, emotionally intelligent, and definitely someone who believes communication matters. I like making the person I’m with laugh, but I also know when to put the jokes aside and actually listen. I’m a big believer that affection shouldn’t be something your partner has to beg for. I am all about showing that through hugs, holding hands, cuddling on the couch, and little thoughtful gestures.

I’m not looking to pretend I’m some perfect “nice guy”. I’m a real, imperfect, slightly weird dude who would rather make someone laugh until their stomach hurts than try to impress them with a fake version of myself.

Ideally, I’d love to meet a woman who appreciates my humor, weirdness, kind heart, maturity and empathy. Someone who would enjoy aimlessly wandering through an antique mall with me, debating which vintage item we absolutely need despite having no practical use for it, and then ending the day curled up together watching a great movie.
