Aragorn the Blue Wizard

I'm building an [[Aragorn, the Uniter]] color hack deck utilizing cards like [[Swirl the Mist]] to make everything trigger off of blue. The deck restriction is that every card other then artifacts must have blue at least in them. I was wondering if anyone had any suggest on how to tweak the deck, any shortcomings it may have, or any suggestions for cards to make the deck better. Thanks in advance.

P.S. I haven't messed with the mana base yet because that is entirely dependant on the color distribution of the final deck list.
