Something unusual i am feeling infront of my company's owner Wife.

Last year i have completed my masters. And i have placed in a local company by my college, where is there is a staff of around 20 people. And I know out of 20, I am younger as all are around 29+. And most of them are married. boss's Wife she is very beautiful, bold and up to date lady as income in crores. My Boss is very strict guy and his age is around 45 and her age is 36 as few days ago her birthday celebration was there and they have two daughters of age 6 or 8. She is also very Strict on deadlines with everyone even she don't spare girls. But I have felt she is behaving in an unusual way with me. She always talk with me nicely with an different smile. One day I noticed she looked at me not like an boss look at employee but she scanned me from eyes to down and then down to eyes with smile. I was surprised even at that time but I thought they are educated, rich people may be it is their way of testing personality or character. But few days ago 3 new male members of approx my age has joined but she is not like that with them. She is properly strict. But what make me to come reddit today is she called me in evening at 6 pm in her office by sending peon i went there she took report from me and said you are doing very well and asked me my personal no. And i gave and she gave missed call and said you can contact me directly if you face any problem. And i will also if I felt something that I should let you know. But problem here all these things are handled my managers she don't personally handle all these things. She for these things directly deal with managers.
