Ribtw2421b-bcip and desigo

Has anyone had success integrating this kind of device with Desigo?

I have an issue where I can ping and even test the BACnet port from PowerShell, but the BACnet browser or Desigo is not able to trigger the Who-Is response.( discovery the device)

On the power shell it answered the device name.
