Just need to rant

I just need to rant a bit after my GI appointment today. I have joint pain since may this year. And I couldn't find a rheumatologist. Now the appointment was two weeks ago. She didn't find a thing. But she didn't even try searching for it. Didn't do an ultrasound. Nothing. Said I need an mri. I got the mri surprisingly fast but they couldn't find inflammation.

My GI said, in June, that if the rheumatologist doesn't find anything we try azathioprin.

The problem is in July I had a severe reaction to a pain killer (metamizol). It nearly killed me. Since then they put me on Opiates but I still had bad joint pain. And I can't have anything that is potentially harmful to my bone marrow. So no azathioprin. No mesalazin. They put me on budesonid in the hospital.

Now my GI refuses to give me biologics. Which the doctors Demanded in the hospital. They said I should be put on a biologic soon by my GI or rheumatologist.

My rheumatologist also doesn't want to because she needs imaging that shows inflammation. Weird she didn't even do an ultrasound.

Now my GI told me they want me to stop the budesonid and to take nothing. And if I then have a flare we will try azathioprin. Which I can't take and they know that, if they read the letter from the hospital.

But my GI also said that celecoxib is no nsaid. Which is just wrong.

I know that I need to change to a new gi but it just really annoys me. It's like psychological warfare but I didn't get any weapons.

I'm just worried that a new doctor also doesn't want to give me the medication.
