Big toe tendon injury
Has anyone else managed to injure their big toe tendon climbing? I cant be the only one π
About a year ago I injured my big toe climbing, standing on a very small foot chip for a long time.
After a couple of months of it not getting better I went to a podiatrist who diagnosed me with an injury to the abductor hallucis (muscle that moves your big toe away from the other toes)
With some rehab strengthening it got better, but it has started to bother me again in the last few weeks.
So am I the only one? And is there anything I can do apart from resistance band moving the toe away from the other toes?
