Astra kind of a quitter

Often times when I ask Astra to handle a task with multiple steps, it will just stop after the first step. When I ask why it stopped, it says something like, “oh, that’s on me, sorry, won’t happen again.” I’ve had other models do this but not this bad for a long time. Anyone had this issue and solved it? My approach is to just have it scheduled itself a check in every 5 minutes to make sure it’s still working but that seems so silly.
