Bike accident

Was wrapping up an easy short ride was almost home at mile 26 when I got hit by a turning van on my right away. My carbon wheel (front) got completely damaged, bike seems to be okay. I just got these wheels two weeks ago. The van was a company car and got the license plate # and company name.

How do I got about ensuring they pay for repairs, bike shop maintenance etc. Do I have to use insurance yet or are they responsible for damages and wait until they pay up? Any advice will be helpful.
As far as me, I’m okay just a few scratches on arm and leg.
