Need help identifying a specific BGM track

I'm in Ordeal Call 2 rn (trying to catch up to OC3 so I can finish it before it goes away) and this track in particular struck me. I think I've heard it before, but I can't search the ordeal call ost, not only because of spoilers, but also because I don't think this track is from ordeal call.
I've found the timestamp where the track begins here:

Any help would be great!
