Physio therapist recommendation

Hello,

I am looking for a physio therapist to help me maintain my baseline physical health and recovery from inevitable injuries.

I am located in the city center area of Richmond so closer would be ideal.

I am looking for Physio's that are able to do manual manipulation instead of hooking me up to a machine while they go off to treat other patients.

I am male, in my 40s, work a physical job and lead a fairly active lifestyle.
