Help with settings for new dynasty league

Hey! My friend and I are starting up a 12 team dynasty league on Fantrax.

What do you guys recommend for total roster size?
How many active slots? And how many prospect slots?

Also wondering how we should go about drafting? Do I hold two separate drafts? One for NHLers and one for prospects? Or just do it all in one draft.

If there’s any tips you guys have for dynasty leagues or any settings that can be fun that I may have missed please let me know!
