Anyone else having trouble registering a new Onkyo AVR?

Sorry if this is the wrong forum for this question, but I'm wondering if anyone has successfully registered a recent purchase of an Onkyo AVR in the US. I bought an Onkyo TX-RZ30 about 3 weeks ago and tried to register it following the instructions.

The registration website says: "We are currently experiencing a known issue with product registrations. After you click submit, the button may continuously spin and say “Processing”. Your submission has gone through at that point. You will receive email confirmation, but it may be delayed. We apologize for the inconvenience!"

I filled out the form and clicked submit but never received a confirmation email. I contacted customer service and they responded by saying that they're aware of the issue and working on it.

Obviously I'd like to get it registered for warranty purposes.
