Partial Program, My Father At A Nirvana Concert?

Hey, sometimes getting scapegoated, rejected, and excluded for 25 years turns into a BLESSING in disguise lol

It's good I wasn't associated in hindsight

Shanay was a smokescreen - bullshit and propaganda anyway to justify excluding and bullying me

TB asked me: "what is and how was the partial program?"

I said: "The partial program is ok

Just art therapy and mental health recovery worksheets. It's like part time hospital for two weeks or so

It's nothing really. It's not inpatient

But at 1 pm I get to go about my day.

Yeah, I gotta go on break at the moment"

TB asked me: "can we see a worksheet?"

I said: "I guess so. I'm with a friend now, though. Why? It's like a high school ditto"

TB said to me: "just interested in what you're up to"

I said: "What happened? When I went to Stony Brook University I took the train there. I had an expensive train ticket which was over $100 and my train ticket missing.

What my brain immediately told me? This friend of the family stole it from me.

What is the thinking trap might be? Emotional thinking.

What facts support this thought? He fought with me earlier. It was an expensive ticket over $100. And he's more of my siblings friend.

Then I later found it after making a big deal about it to my mother. I simply misplaced it. I felt like a fool."

I said: "Also, in the Nirvana - MTV Unplugged in New York. At the beginning of the second track - Come As You Are. There is someone from from the audience who screams "yeah" excitement because it's a Nevermind track that they're doing acoustically..

I suspect this person is my father. My father denies being at the concert. But it sounds just like him.

He went to many concerts. I'm not sure why he'd deny being at this one.

But I suspected it was him on that album for a long time."
