Similar Bugs from Beta on Stable

Hi, I used to be on iOS 27 beta until I DFU reset my 16 Pro Max back to iOS 26, and today, I installed the official 27 release and when I set my icons to clear/tinted, the animation bug where it feels sluggish and 30-60fps is still there, and when I have my AOD on, the lock button delay issue is back which wasn't there on iOS 26. The settings app also sometimes freezes and needs force closing and opening when navigation through certain things. I would like to know if anyone else are experiencing these same issues and whether Apple knows about them and are trying to do something about it because right now it feels like I am on buggy software.
