I made a simple digital journal to keep my pet’s important info in one place

I’ve been working on a small digital pet journal because I wanted something simple where you can keep your pet’s basic information, daily routine, vaccinations, medications, allergies, and little observations all together.
I made it for both cats and dogs, and tried to keep it simple rather than turning it into a huge complicated planner.
It includes:
