I’m looking for a business co-founder for AEON // NEON.

AEON // NEON is a somewhat different product from CrewAI, n8n, or yet another framework for building agents. We’re not trying to build a better agent. We’re trying to build a place where hundreds of such agents can actually operate as an organization.

Agents have their own structure, roles, memory, resources, and workplaces. They can collaborate with people and with each other. You can control who they can communicate with, what information they can pass on, what tools they can use, what actions they can perform, and how much they can cost. Secrets and infrastructure access don’t even have to enter their context. Above all of this is a single control plane where a person can see not just an individual workflow, but a functioning digital organization.

It’s an ambitious and technically difficult product. And that’s exactly why I’m looking for someone who complements me where I’m weakest.

I’m the technical founder. I design and build the system. I can spend hours talking about architecture, security, agents, sandboxes, communication, and how this whole thing should work several years from now.

I’m not, however, the best person to spend half the week meeting people, showing up wherever we need to be, building relationships, and opening doors.

That’s why I’m not simply looking for a salesperson or someone “from marketing.”

I’m looking for a business partner.

As a co-founder, you won’t just be the face of the company. You’ll have real influence over the strategy, the direction of the product, and the sector we choose to pursue.

Maybe the data will show that we should go B2B first. Maybe the better path will be B2C and a large group of small, numerous early adopters. Or maybe the right move will be to create a small pilot group with selected local C-level executives and go much deeper into a few organizations instead of shallowly into thousands.

I want you to be able to analyze that, base your position on data, and say clearly: “we’re going here, because these three things show that this is where we have the best chance.”

If enterprise turns out to be the best path, we’ll need to get to the right C-suites and convince them not only of the product itself, but also that a long-term investment in our specialists as integrators of their AI systems makes business sense for them.

So this is not a role for someone who gets a finished strategy from me and is expected to sell it.

You’re supposed to help create that strategy.

I’m looking for someone reasonable, open-minded, who likes talking and brainstorming. Someone who can tell me: “this is stupid,” calmly put the arguments on the table, and show me why.

But what happens afterwards matters just as much.

I don’t want someone who buries their head in the sand or starts bleeding from their own ego when I present counterarguments. I want someone who can defend their position, but can also change it. Someone who doesn’t treat disagreement as an attack and doesn’t leave the table when the conversation gets difficult.

We can strongly disagree. We can spend an hour taking an idea apart. But in the end, we should walk away with a better decision, not two bruised egos.

Inside the company, that’s exactly the kind of partner I’m looking for.

Outside the company, I want a shark.

Someone who, while already reaching for the handle of a closed door, is looking out of the corner of their eye to see which windows are open.

Someone who can reach both a small creator building something genuinely interesting and a person running a large organization. Someone who understands that one conversation can lead to a customer, another to a partnership, a third to an investor, and a fourth seemingly nowhere - until six months later it turns out to have been the most important one.

You also won’t be alone.

I want this person to have the support of people handling presentations, materials, applications, research, and community interaction. Their job will be to help you perform this role, not to turn the co-founder into a one-person marketing department.

So I’m not really looking for someone who will “sell AEON // NEON.”

I’m looking for someone who will decide with me what this company should become, and then help make sure it gets into the rooms, conversations, and partnerships that the technical product alone will never enter.

If you understand what I mean, we should talk.
