Worth going for AX5 manual petrol?

Need the car for main family vehicle
Usage - normal city rides and Once a month or two highway drives
Since i read some reviews of bad mileage for this car i am concerned if this is a good decision or not

Price quoted was 12.09 lkhs with 30k worth of free accessories in Bilaspur,Chhattisgarh

Main driver will be my mother who drives to her school like 10km away from home daily

Is this a good family car and should i go for it or not?
