Why aren't more people trying buy together?
If I pay $2,200 in rent and my friend pays $2,000, that’s $4,200 a month going to two landlords. Buying together obviously comes with complications, but it also means combining savings, splitting expenses, and potentially getting a home sooner. Why isn’t this a more common thing?
