My dreams are so vivid

Recently ive been seeing movement in the 4d im just waiting for the rest to catch up. I trust everything is coming to me. So about the dream i had last night. Im currently living in a small apartment with a friend, my sp lives in another town 2hrs away. The dream was so simple yet so comforting, we were both in my kitchen cooking dinner and just having a fun time laughing and hugging. I remember the atmosphere was warm, like even the lighting was ambient.

Ive had a couple of dreams about her 9 times out of 10 they are all very happy and loving. The only dream that felt different was one from 2 weeks ago where she was in my dream but we were distant and not talking.

Over the last 2 days i feel i have detached. Not that i dont love her or dont want her back. I havent felt the need to reach out to her or check her socials. Is anyone else going through this with their own manifesting
