Elderly Homes

Hi Everyone ! I’m looking for some help here. I’m going to make this as short as possible !
I live in Oregon and my Dad lives in California ( Eureka ). He has Parkinson’s and has been living with a family member but it is progressing and he needs to be put into a home for more help. He has no money , and only gets about $1,000 a month in social security. He is on Medi-Cal.
Does anyone know of any options we have ?
