Lead

I may have been doing this wrong. I wanted the chainsaw blueprint, so I farmed northern regions for 5 days to afford it. Then realised I need lead to build the damn thing. And I can't get lead, because I don't have my own ATV. I play the M&M event, but I can only find the sulphur extractor as s reward, no lead extractor. And even if it pops up somehow, there is no way in hell I'm gonna be able to make it before the event is over. Also no access to transport hub. So...what do I do?
