Probably a stupid question but why do my legs hurt and feel funny when I’m on my back with my legs against the wall

17f 175cm~ 55kg~ regular smoker I don’t take any medication but I smoke weed pretty much every night. I have no known medical conditions

Sorry if I sound dumb but I saw that if you lay on your back and rest your feet straight against a wall it can help with bloating so I thought I’d try it. It’s been like 5 minutes and it’s honestly really uncomfortable, I feel it in my upper back and my feet are going tingly and numb (specifically the top of my foot, not the sole) and my knees are so sore. I’m not super flexible and I’ve always had problems with my joints although I don’t have arthritis (I’ve been tested) so I’ve just always attributed my issues with my lack of exercise but I’m so tired of being in pain all the time, no matter if I eat healthy or put in more effort into exercise. I work 3 jobs now pretty much 7 days a week and with the increase in physical activity nothing seems to be improving and I’m just so tired of it, I feel like I’m elderly, I hear myself cracking whenever I bend different ways, I get excruciating Charley horses (I think that’s what they are) where I physically can’t move my feet or legs that are caused by me bending my toe or ankle slightly too much. Every joint in my body constantly feels like it needs to be cracked and I’m just so tired of it all. I’m not really sure what I’m asking but if anyone knows anyway I can reduce th pain that would be appreciated
I’m also autistic so I might be overreacting I’m sorry
