At what point did you consider manipulation under anesthesia? 6 weeks post op

Hi All! Man ACL rehab is no joke! I’m at the point where my flexion is stalled a few weeks ago it got to 110 when I saw the surgeon and now I just did another PT evaluation and it’s only at 100. My PT today I said to contact my surgeon to see what they think. Last week I cried during PT because my extension was off but I’ve been working on that. I also did 6 sessions of red light laser therapy for my knee which was supposed to help. I feel like I am hitting a brick wall. I’ll be six weeks post surgery this Thursday. Any advice or tips or a reality check? I’ve been continuously doing PT three times a week and doing PT at home every day. I’m not sure what else I can do on my own. So I’m just feeling stuck and defeated. :( thanks all!
