Stretch Marks + surgery

For those of you that had old healed stretch marks did you feel the surgery caused them to appear more noticeable on the top or do they look pretty much the same now? I’ve seen a few post op images where I feel like the stretch marks have more of an indented shape than they did pre surgery and I know that’s something silly to worry about in the grand scheme but still something I’m wondering.
