Antimicrobial spray/ disinfectant spray for body???

Hi all. I am curious if anyone knows of any kind of disinfectant spray that can be sprayed on clothes/body before entering house that is safe for skin? I am due with my second baby at the end of November… however I have a toddler and two step children who are middle & high school age. The two older ones never fail to come back from their moms sick every single time in the winter months and I am silently crying on the inside thinking of my newborn catching something that could turn bad. I try to enforce immune boosters (vitamins, elderberry syrup etc etc) & hand hygiene when they are at our home but it honestly is like beating a dead horse. Anyways, I have hand sanitizer stations & religiously spray toys/ surfaces down with hypochlorous acid spray but am looking for something they can spray before entering house during cold/rsv/flu season. Any tips would be greatly appreciated… sincerely a terrified mom.
