Apartment advice

Hello, I am looking to move to the Hoboken and jersey city area and am wondering how to decide between a few places. I am set on areas kind of in between Hoboken and jersey city, a few apartments I have in mind are Hudson House East, SoHo Lofts, and in the other side of the train station Observer Park APMTs. I am wondering if the area where Hudson house/soho lofts is a nice enough area to live, as well as close proximity to downtowns. I also have heard the observer park apartments get really loud, so was curious if the other options are better?
