Employer sponsorship in Australia

Hi all,

Just a quick post to see what my chances of me getting sponsored as a health and safety advisor.

I’m currently working as a graduate health and safety advisor with a years experience for a tier one construction contractor in Ireland. I spent a year working on a new build site working under a senior advisor. I’m now working on a site on my own- a rail station redevelopment working closely with the client etc but I’m still a grad.

My long term plan is to hopefully move to Aus, probably once I get to that 2-3 year experience mark, but , if I could get there sooner through sponsorship I would love it.

I’m open to any kind of work, I love construction and the mines etc wouldn’t bother me at all.

Any help or advice would be appreciated, also just wondering what the market is like at the moment out there for safety advisors regardless.
