Deposit GBP on hold

I sent £500 to kraken on Sunday to buy some XNO aka nano and noticed the status is on hold. I had made another deposit within 72h for the same amount.

What’s really annoying me is they won’t even tell me what the issue is. I assume it’s some compliance related. Why can’t they:

A. Give me a time frame for resolution?
B. Tell me what the issue is?

I’ve been a customer of KFX for years so am somewhat perplexed by this recent interaction.
