Super hungry and other side effects during my treatment

I'm currently on the 8th day of the 14 day hp treatment. Before, I usually eat at most 3 times a day. On my 6th day of the treatment I started getting hungry every hour and have been eating 5-6times a day in order to feel normal. If I don't eat, I'd feel dizzy, lightheaded, nauseous and sometimes anxious given I work and go to school full-time. My brain is kinda foggy and heavy feeling too when I lay in bed. Whatever the side effects are, I know the medication is doing its job, the feelings aren't good for my daily functioning.

My question is, will al these go away once I finish my treatment and will I get back to eating normally? I also don't want to gain weight. 😞
