Current Debt issues that would like some advice with

I don't ever post on reddit or really use it but i'm just lost.
I worked since i was 17 and im 26 now but unfortunately in april of this year i had a real bad knee injury at work which im still sat waiting on surgery for and cant currently work as im still on crutches till this day and unfortuantly made a mess of my education so nothing bar labour jobs seem to ever have taken me on. I was clearing my debt really well and fast and almost was clear if i didn't have this knee injury i would have been clear by nowi think .I have had to go on to a thing called ESA benefits temporarily till i get myself fit and back to work and all i get is £190 every 2 weeks which i literally can't live on my debt which was slowly disappearing is not slowly growing which i am trying my absolute best to not add to it but as i miss payments now due to literally not having the money to pay it they are gaining interest and building late payment fees

i have just over 1k left of debt to be transparent what can i do with my situation is there anyone i can call or speak to as im scared of baylifts coming to me
