Help with signals against last cycle

Stats - pass/255+/235+ 4-5 months USCE YOG 2024 Volunteering experience both inside and outside US
Nothing so fancy in research (1 full text published, 5-6 abstracts, 2 full texts submitted)

Last year signals- applied IM
Gold- Cook County, SUNY Upstate, Maimonides
Silver- Basset, Queens, Nazareth, TidalHealth, Wellspan York, CCF Weston, South shore university hospital, UIC Peoria, UPMC Mercy, Abington Memorial

Got interviewed only by Maimonides and TidalHealth

I could use help in understanding which of these signals were moderately or highly unsafe and any safer alternatives against them so I can signal better this time around. Also which programs were suiting my profile but couldn’t land an interview just by probability. My main goal for future is Cardiology fellowship. I fancy it for very personal reasons.
