Xbox privacy settings won't save when set to Everyone/Allow

I'm having a problem with my Xbox privacy settings.

These settings:

* You can see and upload community creations → Everyone * See other people's Xbox profiles → Everyone * You can communicate outside of Xbox with voice & text → Allow

don't stay saved. The website says the changes were saved, but after refreshing the page they revert.

However, **Only me** and **Friends** save correctly.

I'm not part of a Microsoft Family. I've also tried different browsers and another phone, but the problem is the same.

I'm trying to fix this because I need these settings for **Forza Horizon 6**.

Has anyone had the same issue, and is there a way to make **Everyone/Allow** actually save?
