Guys this is very serious

I am posting this at 1am. I am genuinely very confused I am interested in biotechnology and research i want to study abroad. But the thing is everyone keeps saying biotech has no jobs no future no value, a proff. said his has friends in icar and they say biotech is their regret. Also one relative said he has a friend he did bachelor's from India and masters from abroad, still he was unable to get a job and finally got a job in Dubai as he was muslim so the reservation worked. But i have seen people online claiming it's the best Choice of their life some studying in germany, korea, uk, usa.
