From India ..Delhi university jmc college ..advice regarding mim abroad..can I do it

Took a drop for ipmat couldn't clear it .. currently at jmc 1st year in bcom and I really want to go abroad for masters in management but m still in doubt that is it possible without work experience?even if I get the college will i struggle to find job after my masters?

If anyone could suggest me whether I should prepare for it or go for cfa ?
