West coast Road trip recs for epic rides

I’m in San Diego and I just bought a new XLab rs7 and I am considering taking a road trip.. probably up the coast somewhere maybe even as far as Seattle to get on some new awesome roads before fall really sets in. Asking for some good potential spots to drive my bike up to for a couple days. Thx in advance
