After surgery pain increasing

I just had my hysterectomy (plus appendectomy and endo excision) on Wednesday (9/9). Specifically I had my uterus, cervix and tubes removed and my ovaries left.

The first few days were painful, but manageable. Today the pain is a lot worse. I have a lot of pain in my rectum/anus internally. This makes sense because I had disease on my anus. When my bladder is full I am in agony, the pelvic pain in immense. Urinating is so so painful. They only gave me 3 days of pain meds and it’s such a low dose it does nothing for me anyway. I regularly take buprenorphine so a tiny dose of oxy does absolutely nothing. I also take Tylenol and my regular NSAID Meloxicam.

Is it normal to have an increase of pain after 5 days? I was up and moving the day after surgery (too much really) and now I’m stuck in bed. I have no signs of infection. A home health nurse is coming tomorrow and she’s going to run bloodwork on me to make sure I don’t have an elevated WBC. (I get a home health nurse because I have other health conditions)
