seeing spirits??

ever since i remember ive been seeing stuff usually when its dark. for years i refused to go into completely dark areas out of fear because ive always seen things staring at me, standing turned away, or even come towards me. there has even been few times ive heard or felt something touch me and also been a few times during the day in sunny areas where weird stuff would happen. one i can vividly remember was going to my recently dead great grandpas house cause my grandma moved in after his death and i felt a hand on my shoulder and i felt my hair be slightly lifted and fall back onto me ive only recently gotten into spirtual stuff and witchcraft but ive been seeing all this stuff way before that have spirits always been around me or am i just crazy? and if it is spirits i have been seeing should i be scared of them?
