After my first job, finding another seems so tough

Was unemployed for a year after grad, then cracked an offcampus offer from WITCH with Power BI and data engineering stuff.

After spending 2+ years there now when I want look for another company I m so confused should I play along WITCH ( SBCs) or work hard for a PBC. Earlier the desire was FAANG but I dont want to treat it as a life goal for validation. Work mode and culture matters a lot.

I would want to continue where I am but I make less than 50k INR and people poke me for being comfort zone. But yes If only they knew how hard it is to decide on one goal SBCs oR PBCs.

Can someone guide me so I can clear my thoughts and concentrate on one single path?

I feel SBCs are average (people, pay structure)

But PBCs are too demanding.
