I applied for a Kotak credit card and...

During my video kyc process the agent saw my last name being in the front (in nsdl) and said she can't proceed further. But a couple of months ago IndusInd processed my application and I received the card. Also, there's no problem with aadhar and pan.

What is the problem with Kotak?
