Gutter guard installed prices?

Hello all,

I am wondering what is the going rate that folks are seeing for installing gutter guards and those heating wires these days?

I have around 80 linear ft of gutter I want to cover and I am wondering if I should bother with quotes or try DIY.

I appreciate any information
