How is iOS 27 on iPad 9th Gen?

My iPad is currently at iOS 18.7.1. I never updated to iOS 26 because of how horrible I heard the experience was for those using the 9th gen.

During the Beta testing of iOS 27 on the 9th Gen, I heard that it had fixed some of the iOS 26 issues. Now that iOS 27 has come out, has anyone updated their iPad 9th gen to iOS 27, and if so, how is it? Is it worth making the jump from iOS 18? Thank you
