45F, on blood pressure medication.

A couple of months ago I felt an itchy kind of pain on the underside of my right breast. When I looked, there was a circular red wound, about 1cm in diameter. To me it looked like it was probably from my bra rubbing against the skin and rubbing some off. It had been a hot day, and I had been quite active, so it made sense.

I showered, made sure to dry off completely (though I always do anyways), put some Vaseline on it the first couple of days, then used a bit of a dry-wicking cloth instead to make sure it wouldn'tsit in sweat, made sure to change my bras very regularly, and went on with life, completely forgetting about it when after a few days it looked better. I'll add here that I am overweight with heavy breasts, so this is not visible unless I lift up my breast to look at the bottom of it.

The other day, for whatever reason, I thought about it and had a look, and to my surprise, there is now a spot about 3cm in diameter. The perimeter is a bit darker pink and slightly raised. It's not itchy at all. It does not feel warmer than any of the skin around it.

What could this be? I have very dry skin in general, especially my elbows and the tips of my toes can get so dry they peel, which my family doctor thinks is light eczema. Could this be eczema?

Should I make a special appointment to have my doctor look at it, or just show him when I'm there anyways (assuming I remember)?

I'm in Canada, so unfortunately not an option to go directly to a dermatologist.
