Everything hurts

My ex lied so much to me. He lied about his job, his siblings, his friends, his home, his parents.

I can't get into it because I'll spiral and cry until my chest wants to die, but I am so hurt. I am hurt at how I loved a person who lied to my face time and time again. How long does it take to heal from a chronic liar? I'm months past the breakup and still as angry and hurt by him as ever
