Does PGR change dialog and content depending on gender in affection stories?

Kamui’s affection story is so tender and romantic in parts. Like they never say he’s in love with you, but you have to be blind and deaf to not see it. I honestly find it more natural than what girlies offer.

But I play as female commander. Does that affect anything? Because if not that’s first instance I’ve seen in a gacha that targets predominantly straight men of borderline yaoi with male character you take part in.
