Phantom limb pain

I was woken up early this morning and have dealt with it nearly all day. A shooting pain from my left ankle up to my stump. The issue is I don’t have a left ankle. It’ll be three years come December and this is the wirst phantom limb pain I have experienced since just after I was amputated. Any suggestions on coping mechanisms? I rubbed my stump took pain reliever and all just provided temporary relief. Thanks in advance
