# RockFarmer Properties Launches Sales at The Veridian, Bringing a New Level of Luxury Living to Bay Ridge Waterfront

*Reimagined Shore Road Co-op Pairs Fully Renovated Residences and New-Development-Level Amenities with Attainable Brooklyn Pricing*

*Strong Early Demand Has Resulted in 10 Homes Already Sold Ahead of Official Sales Launch*

**BROOKLYN, N.Y. (Sept. 14, 2026) —** **RockFarmer Properties** has officially launched sales at **The Veridian**, a comprehensively reimagined residential development located at 9323 Shore Road in Bay Ridge that is bringing fully renovated residences, expansive layouts and an extensive collection of new amenities to one of Brooklyn’s most established waterfront neighborhoods.

The launch follows a strong early response to the project during a limited pre-launch preview, with **10 units already sold ahead of the official sales launch**.

Located directly along Shore Road with sweeping views of New York Harbor and the Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge, The Veridian represents a rare residential offering in Bay Ridge: spacious, fully renovated homes paired with the finishes, amenities and conveniences typically associated with new luxury condominium development, at pricing substantially below comparable offerings in many of Brooklyn’s most established residential neighborhoods.

“Bay Ridge has an established community of people who love the neighborhood and want to stay here, but there simply hasn’t been much product that gives them the finishes, amenities and turnkey lifestyle they would expect from a new luxury development,” said **John Petras, managing principal of RockFarmer Properties**. “We saw an opportunity to fill that gap with spacious, beautifully renovated homes and an extensive amenity package while maintaining a price point that remains attainable compared with similar offerings elsewhere in Brooklyn.”

Originally constructed in 1961, **The Veridian is a 78-unit, six-story cooperative building** that is being meticulously transformed by RockFarmer Properties while retaining the generous proportions and layouts characteristic of midcentury residential construction. RockFarmer plans to offer approximately **50 residences for sale**, ranging from studios to four-bedroom homes, with the ability to combine select adjacent residences to create larger, rarely available layouts based on buyers’ needs.

That flexibility has already resonated with buyers. Two of the residences sold during the preview period involve combinations of adjacent units to create larger homes, including layouts designed with expansive living areas and three or more bedrooms.

The project has been particularly well received by buyers seeking larger residences. **Three-bedroom homes start in the $900,000s**, providing buyers with an alternative to significantly more expensive apartments in neighborhoods such as Park Slope, Brooklyn Heights and Carroll Gardens, as well as the older one- and two-family houses that traditionally dominate Bay Ridge’s residential market.

For longtime Bay Ridge residents and buyers looking to downsize while enhancing their lifestyle with a new suite of amenities, The Veridian offers the ability to trade the maintenance of a house for a more convenient, turnkey lifestyle without leaving the community. For first-time home buyers and those with growing needs, the development provides a range of residences and the space, finishes and amenities associated with luxury new development at a more approachable price point.

“Bay Ridge has always been a neighborhood where people put down roots,” said **Tom Le** of The Corcoran Group, the exclusive sales and marketing agent for The Veridian. “Their families are here, their friends are here and their lives are here. The Veridian offers another option for people who love the neighborhood but want a different way of living — whether that means more space for a buyer’s growing needs or the ability to leave behind the maintenance of a house without sacrificing quality.”

Residences at The Veridian have been extensively redesigned for modern living, pairing generous layouts with contemporary finishes. Kitchens feature custom cabinetry with under-cabinet lighting, quartz countertops, Fisher & Paykel panel-ready refrigerators and microwaves, Bosch gas ranges and panel-ready Bosch dishwashers. Homes also feature warm oak flooring, custom-crafted solid wood doors, thoughtfully designed bathrooms, in-unit laundry, abundant storage and, in select residences, private outdoor space, custom beamed ceilings, and architectural window box.

RockFarmer has also undertaken a significant expansion and redesign of the building’s common areas, creating an amenity collection uncommon among existing residential buildings in Bay Ridge. At the center of the experience is the **Vista Skydeck**, a landscaped rooftop overlooking New York Harbor with dramatic views of the Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge and surrounding waterfront, with multiple areas for relaxing, gathering and entertaining and a limited number of private rooftop cabanas available for purchase.

Additional amenities include a landscaped courtyard with barbecue areas; residents lounge; library lounge; children’s playroom; co-working studio; fitness center; meditative grove; package room; bicycle storage; on-site storage and on-site parking.

“The amenities are not simply a checklist — they are designed around how people actually live,” Petras added. “Whether it is a family using the playroom and co-working space, someone entertaining friends in the courtyard or a resident sitting on the roof looking out at the bridge and harbor, the goal is to create a real extension of the home.”

The Veridian’s Shore Road location is another central component of the project. Residents are steps from Shore Road Park and its waterfront promenade, with access to running and biking paths, playgrounds and sweeping views of New York Harbor and the Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge.

Beyond the waterfront, residents are surrounded by the neighborhood character that has long distinguished Bay Ridge, from its tree-lined residential streets to the restaurants, shops, bakeries and longtime neighborhood businesses along Third, Fourth and Fifth avenues.

RockFarmer’s approach at The Veridian builds on the firm’s experience repositioning existing residential properties in established New York City neighborhoods, pairing thoughtfully renovated homes with new amenities and modern conveniences while preserving the qualities that make the original buildings and surrounding communities distinctive.

**The Corcoran Group** is serving as the exclusive sales and marketing agent for The Veridian, led by **Tom Le and Team**. An official broker launch event will be held at the property on **Sept. 15**.

Current availability includes **lofts**, **studios and one- through four-bedroom residences, with studios starting in the $300,000s and three-bedroom homes starting in the $900,000s**. Select adjacent residences can also be combined to accommodate buyers seeking larger homes.
