When did you know you wanted a revision?

So I’m 7 weeks post op and I know it’s so early but I have this gut feeling that I am not going to be too happy about my nose and I will want a revision. Don’t get me wrong it’s a huge improvement from my old nose but I guess I didn’t realize that the projection of my nose would still be big. Obviously if I knew, I would’ve made it clear to the doctor that I want my nose projection decreased more. Could it be swelling? My tip is still huge, I had lots of work on my tip, so not sure if that’s why I have more swelling than others. Tip looks huge and swollen from front and it looks heavy from the side. When did you know you wanted a revision?
