Swelling after it seems healed?

Hi, I did my upper lobes in may, it stopped producing any lymph for me to clean, it seems just fine.

However I have one issue with them comparing the other ear where I have healed piercings - it seems to swell after rotating the piercing, cleaning around it etc.

It's not bad, doesn't hurt and gets away on its own after 20 minutes max. Is it not healed? I'm really not sure what to think about it. I'm not attaching a picture because it's not really visible.

I have titan labrets. I cleaned them with isotonic water and microbrushes/q-tips.
