Spider-man controlled by mad hatter in dcu

I read a fic a while back where Peter was in gotham, didnt detail his arrival there, but the main aspect of the story was he was being controlled by mad hatter and the bat family worked together to track him down and free him. Cass also knew spider-man the best in the fic before it happened, and was the one to identify the control.
