How do I go back to work?

32, F. I haven’t worked an actual job since before covid. In 2020 I entered a relationship that took me for a ride, it was perfect at first because we had covid money and so much time, we were obsessed with eachother and totally in love, and then when the payments stopped we were too obsessed with the relationship it seemed to return to work. We started doing gig work (spark, Instacart grubhub etc). But eventually lost the accounts one by one.

Well, he died in January. And last year my 2 best friends died, one to a heart surgery and one to suicide. And I can’t do anything. I have 3 dogs, one who has severe separation anxiety from being by my side every waking second since Covid started.

I cant function anymore. I miss my boyfriend and I miss my best friend. I cannot stand anyone else. Being in public fills me with angst. I can only tolerate other friends for a few hours at a time. Thinking about returning to work anywhere fills me with suicidal dread. Before covid I was a waitress for 10 years and then very temporarily a court reporter.
